Holly Woods' debut A/W 2010 collection, "SIgn 'O' the Times", is a homage to the iconic 80's star Prince. Taking inspiration from the 1986 film "Under the Cherry Moon", which although set in the 40's embodies the attitude and aesthetic of the 80's, Woods' collection expresses the collaboration of style between these two distinct eras.
An assortment of spotted fabrics are seen throughout, combining different sizes and textures within each look. Details come in the form of pearl embellished collars and shoes, and girls adorned in over-sized cross pendants.
The shoulders are defined giving an air of masculinity, while the sheer dresses and leather bras show her for the confident sexy woman she is. Tailoring is seen in the form of 2-piece suits and long capes, made from hand printed wool and the contrasting trench coat made from sheer velvet spot chiffon.

Powerful as she is alluring, the Holly Woods' woman emerges.
