Description

A graduate of BA Hons Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins, Isabel has developed her work from her roots in 'art' to more purposeful 'design'.

Her recent intention has been to question assumptions, expectations and challenge conventions with results collected by means of thorough experiments and investigations. These are then collated and presented in an appropriate form back to the public to convey topics in a completely different but more authentic, often surprising and enlightening way. Combining this with a love for craft she manages to create beautiful pieces that connect directly, resonates and provokes a response in the viewer.

She has also focused her attention on the technical disciplines of design by thoroughly utilising and improving her practical skills in mastering the printed word - rudimentary but essential components of design.
