I was born in Lithuania, in 1984. Ever since my younger days I was fascinated by literature, films, art and, of course, photography. My obsession with David Lynch’s, Francis Bacon’s, Cy Twombly’s works led me to explore the darker side of human nature and existence.
Growing up in a big family and spending summers in greenwoods, relationships between people became my fascination, especially in contemporary world where technology is replacing the human element, where urban surroundings is the natural habitat and nature is foreign.
I enjoy fashion photography because of its power to transform, metamorphoses of the mundane into the escapist fantasy. I also work on several personal fine art photography projects that will come to light in a near future.
