My installation piece is a device or prop that is halfway between architecture and furniture. It is an investigation between the human and the notion of everyday activities in relationship to the existing architecture for example; changing the light bulb or opening/closing the window, etc. The piece is an extension of the human body, engaging the architecture in a simpler way. It is an expansion of the architecture allowing human to operate in a way that is not ordinary. It also allows the spectator to notice things you would otherwise overlook and to see the architecture in an unexpected way.
