Description

Dominic Letschka will retire from art at the very moment he graduates from Wimbledon College of Art. Some time in the future he could perhaps be cajoled into making one final piece of work for old-times' sake; as a reminiscence of times past; as an old pro dusting off his copy of 'Art in Theory'; as the Rocky Balboa of half-baked contemporary painting. However, Letschka would always be aware that such an action would be an impotent and nostalgic effort to bring a still-born career back to life.
