Obsessive about innovative cutting, Ella Lucas's practice is an intensive process of sampling and 3D exploration.

Ella Lucas was born in Northampton, England and spent her youth moving between broken-down industrial cities. She moved to London in 2010 to study on the FdA Fashion Design & Technology course at London College of Fashion, with a focus on design and pattern cutting.

She describes her work as a blend of tailoring techniques, creative cutting and up/downscaling.
