Currently studying Theatre Design for Performance, specialising in Costume.

My Final Major Project is titled 'All Eyes will be on You' and is based around Marie Antoinette. My aim for this project was to explore the opulent appearance of the French Court during the 18th century as well as considering the idea of the female being an imposing instead of passive figure within the court, i.e. the sack back gown ensured they occupied at least three times as much space as their male counterparts. My costume is both very constructed and very embellished, with the enhancements intending to spark the idea of cakes and icing for the audience.
