Nam Young Kim

Nam Young Kim, who is very good at geometric pattern cutting and high-tech fabrics, pursues geometrical garment to be experimental but wearble at the same time. Bold silhouettes and interesting structures are signature of her collection.

This collection is inspired from Josef Albers's study, which is about square, space, and movement. She interpreted the concept with three demensional work. Her draping skills and pattern cutting skills are harmonized in her garment very well so that it provides unique and new feeling.

Another point is high-tech fabrics. She used high-tecc fabrics and natural fabrics together in this collection. They are really going well and provide feminie and beautiful silhouette of women. They are very experimental but very ready to wear. We can tell this is the most strong point of Nam's collection.


She want to have work experience for a while, then want to have own label later.
