My name is Zuzana and I am a designer with multidisciplinary and experimental approach combining strong research, analysis and making skills. I often tend to develop speculative design concepts that aim to spark innovation but also question the role of the concept and its perception by society.
My background is Fashion and Textile Design and the heritage from this stage of my professional development is still represented in the methodology I use and my strong interest in materials, tactility and styling.
I am an 2014 graduate from MA Textile Futures (from this year on known as MA Material Futures) at Central Saint Martin's College of Arts and Design in London, Uk. This programme sparked a keen interest for me in manufacturing processes, critical thinking, research and collaborative approach.
I was born and grew up in Slovakia, completed my undergraduate studies partially in Czech Republic and partially in Istanbul, Turkey. I am currently based in London, UK as a freelance designer.
Join us to celebrate creativity and spot the stars of the future this summer. Eclectic exhibitions of art, design, fashion, communication and performance are taking place at sites across London from April to September and are free to attend.More information
